Vision4Quality presents the future of worker guidance and robotics

Last week, we were there as exhibitors with our partner Kurtz Ersa at Automatica 2025 in Munich—and it was a huge success! In addition to exciting innovations in worker guidance, we also presented our current projects in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics. Our trade fair appearance met with lively interest, and we were able to hold numerous inspiring discussions with trade visitors, partners, and other exhibitors.

In focus: ModPCB, ModOFFICE, and THT Flex

Our stand focused on the proven ModPCB worker guidance system, including the new projector feature that allows work instructions to be projected precisely onto the work surface. Visitors were clearly enthusiastic about this intuitive visualization.

Another highlight was our AI tool ModOFFICE. This tool makes it easy to create AI-supported programs for worker guidance and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and integrate them efficiently into existing processes. Many visitors were particularly excited about the possibility of not only digitizing inspection processes, but also actively optimizing them with AI.

Together with Kurtz Ersa, we also presented the “THT Flex” project—a flexible pick-and-place robot system controlled by our software. The combination of precise robotics, intelligent control, and camera technology was very well received and demonstrates how humans and machines can work together efficiently.

AI and robotics as the main theme of Automatica 2025

As expected, artificial intelligence and robotics were a particular focus at this year's trade fair. We are therefore all the more delighted to be among the pioneers in this field with our solutions. The response at our stand showed us that the industry is looking for smart, scalable solutions – which is exactly what we offer with our products.

After the trade fair is before the trade fair. We will be on the road again this year, this time at Productronica and once again in Munich.
