Your responsibilities

What you bring to the table

• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an object-oriented programming language (C# is an advantage).
• You have experience in image processing and robotics.
• You have a degree in computer science, natural sciences, or engineering.
• You enjoy taking on new interdisciplinary challenges.

• You have an analytical mind and work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• Fluent German and English skills

Your responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on the development, training, and deployment of state-of-the-art ML models for image processing. You will contribute to the design and implementation of robust training and labeling pipelines and ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation. Working closely with AI engineers, software developers, and product teams, you will help develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance ML systems that have a tangible impact on industrial quality control.

Your qualification

• In-depth knowledge of Python and deep learning frameworks (Keras/PyTorch/...)
• Understanding concepts and datasets in the field of computer vision
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to have

• Experience with AzureML, AWS SageMaker, or similar ML cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data annotation workflows
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data pipelines
• Knowledge of labeling, training, and experiment tracking tools (Weights & Biases, MLflow, etc.)
