Your responsibilities

As a working student in the field of performance marketing, you will support our team in making our digital campaigns a success. You will be involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our online marketing activities—from Google Ads and social media to performance analysis. You will coordinate your work with the content marketing team and management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing Google Ads and social media campaigns
• Evaluating and analyzing campaign performance with Google Analytics
• Creating reports and deriving suggestions for improvement
• Keyword research and optimization of ad texts
• Supporting conversion optimization

Due to the nature of the work, it can only be done on site. This position is not remote. If you do not live in Würzburg but are willing to relocate, please indicate this in your application.

Your qualification

• You are a registered student in the field of economics, marketing, media, communication, or a comparable degree program.
• First encounters with online or performance marketing
• Interest in digital advertising channels and data-driven work
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of turning numbers into insights
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Proficiency with common office programs
• Keen to establish structures in a young company

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA
• Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting tools
• Interest in email marketing or marketing automation

• You have experience in image processing and robotics

Your responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on the development, training, and deployment of state-of-the-art ML models for image processing. You will contribute to the design and implementation of robust training and labeling pipelines and ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation. Working closely with AI engineers, software developers, and product teams, you will help develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance ML systems that have a tangible impact on industrial quality control.

Your qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Python and deep learning frameworks (Keras/PyTorch/...)
• Understanding concepts and datasets in the field of computer vision
• Willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to have

• Experience with AzureML, AWS SageMaker, or similar ML cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data annotation workflows
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data pipelines
• Knowledge of labeling, training, and experiment tracking tools (Weights & Biases, MLflow, etc.)
